Basically I wouldn't say any translations of "you" as long as it is obvious without saying. For example, "音楽は好きですか?" as "Do you like music?" You don't have to say "あなたは音楽が好きですか?"
Or "◯◯さんは音楽が好きですか?" is also natural. Especially when you are talking to a particular person in a conversation with multiple people, saying his/her name would be necessary depending on the situation.
When you don't know his/her name, you can first ask their name/nickname like "何とお呼びしたらいいですか? (What do you like to be called?)"
