지루하다 -> boring
재미없다 -> no fun
you use boring when you are bored.
but 재미없다 normally uses you expect something fun but it comes with no fun.

both are fine to use.
depends on the contexts, it changes sometimes.
as i told u "게임이 재미없네." could also be used. which means (i played it or watched it and i figured it it is boring.)
And if u want to use the term i'm bored,
it is better to use this term. 지겨워!
