No, not at all.
1. few = three
2. dozen = 12
3. tonnes = not American English. I don't think Britain uses "tonnes" because they use the metric system. One ton in is 2,000 lbs. which is a weight, not a quantity.
What I think you could be trying to say is: "A few dozen trucks weigh tons." That is still odd to say, but it makes grammatical sense.
