I've been to Odessa und Kiev so far and I'd like to know if you know some must do things when in Ukraine since I want to come back and visit it and also I'd appreciate if you could recommend me other cities to visit

You can visit the palace of Cyril Razumovsky, located in one of the most famous centers of the times of the Cossacks, the city of Baturin. There is a beautiful palace and park. if you are interested in such kind of things and history.
Apart from that...
As for me, Chernivtsi is a very nice european town.
Its old University building definitely worth visiting it (they provide excursions there) and it's UNESCO object.
