元気でない時には、特に決まった表現はありません。挨拶程度ならわざわざ元気ではない事を伝える必要はないかもしれませんが、伝えたい場合には、そのまま伝えればいいと思いますよ。ちょっと風邪を引いてます、とか。でも、そういう場合でも、心配かけないように、風邪引いてますけど大丈夫です。などと、フォローする事がやはり多い。相手に甘える事が出来るか、距離感によるでしょうね(^^)
