How do you say this in Japanese? Whenever I fail to do something that she expects me to do she assumes that I am either lazy or don’t do it out of pure malice は 「彼女は私にやってほしいことはやってもらえないと私が怠け者かわざと心の奥底にある [他意・悪意] でそれを無視してると仮定しがちである」と訳せばいいですか？
「仮定しがち」はちょっと事務的というか機械的というか、味気ない気がします。「思いがち」とか「決めつけがち」などのほうが、気持ちが入っていて、少しだけ良い気がします。

でも、maliceのニュアンスがわかりません...
「わざと悪意で」だけでも十分性格が悪く聞こえるので💦「わざと心の奥底にある悪意で」にすると、かなりかなりかなりかなり（笑）性格が悪く聞こえるのですが、それくらい強調したほうが良いですか？？

「仮定しがち」より「思い込む」の方が強い表現になるので、「思い込む」の方が良いでしょう。
maliceの意味が「相手を傷つけようとする意図的な悪意」であるなら「意図的な悪意」だけで日本語では十分わかります。
✨彼女は私にしてほしいことをしてもらえないと、私が怠け者か意図的な悪意でそれをしないと思い込む。
