A little unnatural
Do you mean to say "sorry, I don't speak Korean"? To me, it sounds more natural to use すみませんが instead of just すみません。And to say "i'm sorry but I don't speak Korean" I think you could just say "すみませんが、韓国語ができません。"

「韓国語が話せません」が正しいです。上の方もおっしゃったように「韓国語ができません」でもいいです。
