些 is always combined with other words，it is not used alone,eg:
这些 these
那些 those
一些 some or a few
些许 some

No,sorry I don't explain it clearly,we hardly only use 些 when we talking, you can think that 些has no meaning,because 些 always combines with other characters to express different meaning,一些means some,这些 means these, 那些 means those. But if you ask me what's meaning of 些，I don't know too
