In this sentence:

毎日4時間しか寝ずに勉強すれば大学に合格できる

Is 4時間しか寝ずに the same as 4時間しか寝ない?

I only know grammar for しか~ない (only)

そこは車でしか行けない。 You can only go there by car.

But I've never seen しか~ずに before, is it the same thing?

e.g. is this also correct? そこは車でしか行かずに。
