He is lazy.
He doesn't care about his job.
He isn't hardworking.
He isn't committed to doing his job well.
Also, Americans adults who play games all the time, don't work hard, and sometimes don't have a job are often said to be "still living in their parents' basement." Since most Americans move out immediately after becoming an adult, it is looked down upon to still live at your parents' house. People who only play games and lose their jobs because of it sometimes live in the basement of their parents' house.
