Maybe you could say: "I have an appointment with my dentist, but I ate some bread at the mall. Where could I brush my teeth?"

Thanks. I was trying to say "饅頭" in English. The word "bun" doesn't make sense?

I think "steamed bread" would be more suitable. But I understood "bun" maybe it's OK as well
