아니(ani) means "No". - about true or false
안돼(andwae) means "You don't do something." - about permitting for doing something.
ex) Do you like apples? 아니(No).
Can I use your phone? 안돼(Don't use my phone).

안데(ande) is an wrong pronunciation of 안돼. But, yeah~ we can say "ande" cutely saying.
