A little unnatural
"A gift of sincerity"というのは誰かに誠意を上げるみたいなんですけど、もちろん誰かに誠実に何かを言ったり誠実に何かしてあげたりすればそういう場合なら英語で「gave a gift of sincerity」という分がいいです。でも、「誠意にあげた贈り物」という意味なら英語で「a sincere gift」というのがいいと思います。
