My boss asked me if there was any food, which I don't like. I would like to reply, that I would be glad, if there was food with no meat.
Can I say the following:

I think your sentence is good.
Just for more, in case.
You can say 肉料理が食べられません(I can't eat meat), 肉料理が苦手です(I don't like meat but if I have to I can eat) or ベジタリアンなので肉料理は避けたいです(I'm a vegetarian so if possible I want to avoid meat).
