Yes it's good, but if you want to be more polite, you can say '' puis-je avoir une bouteille d'eau, s'il vous plaît '', it's better when you are in a restaurant :)

I recommend you use "Est-ce que je peux avoir une autre carafe d'eau s'il vous plaît ?"
It is polite but casual, and if you are in a restaurant it's likely they will serve you water in a jug instead of a bottle ^^
You can also juste say "Est-ce que je peux avoir de l'eau s'il vous plaît ?"
