I don't quite understand, do you mean:
"Just a friendly reminder that our sales department is covering all expenses."
or do you mean:
"Just kindly remind (someone) that our sales department is covering all expenses."
example: "Would you kindly remind Matthew that our sales department is covering all expenses?"

How about ''Would you kindly remind Matthew that our sales department is 'handling' all expenses?" Our department will deduct from account receivable. Thanks for ur help!
