Like for every languages, yes, there are different accents depending on the region.
The most famous in France are:
- Toulousain
- Marseillais
- Ch'ti / Picard
Less famous but disturbing:
- Savoyard
- Corse
- Parisien (yeah, they do have an accent in Paris, but they won't admit it)
Every region has an accent with variants so it would be impossible to write them all.
Famous foreign French accents:
-Québec / Canadian (they also different accents, but people in Europe tend to mix them all)
- Belgian (French people often imitate this one. But this is actually the accent of Brussels only and it's very badly done)
