DESCUPA, refere-se mais sobre a CULPA, ou seja, significa o arrependimento diante alguma atitude errada.
Exemplo: VocĂȘ gritou com seu irmĂŁo porque estava estressado, e vocĂȘ estĂĄ arrependido por isso, entĂŁo vocĂȘ pede desculpas.
SINTO MUITO significa que vocĂȘ realmente LAMENTA alguma coisa.

Sinto muito nĂłs usamos mais em situaçÔes muito emocionais, por exemplo quando alguĂ©m da famĂlia da outra pessoa morreu ou ficou doente, vocĂȘ pode dizer "Eu sinto muito".
A diferença é o peso emocional da frase.
