I'm reading a book about Circe, in which she asks Odysseus. "What did you do? When you could not make Achilles and Agamommon listen?"
Odysseus answers. "That is easy. You make a plan in which they do not."
I have a difficulty in understanding his answer. What does he mean by it?

Odysseus is intentionally ambiguous, so it's understandable that you're confused. He doesn't directly answer the question Circe asks.
What I interpreted it to mean is "Only worry about that once it happens"
Circe's question is asking what he will do after the first plan doesn't work, and his answer is that only once the plan fails will he make a new plan.
