You can download “hellochinese” App, I used it in the beginning. You should focus on sounds and your pronunciation in the beginning. “ChineseSkill” “Drops” are also good apps. As for dictionary, I would recommend you to use “Pleco” and “TrainChinese”.
But no matter how good these apps are, it would be way better if you can attend some classes with native speaker, or make some Native Chinese friends so they can help you in some cases. Or do barter, you help Chinese to study English, and they help you to study Chinese!
But, in any case, it’s always hard to start... Don’t give up, 加油 💪🏻！

The first thing you should know: China's Internet is block from international web by the Great Fire Wall, which means most of us can not use YouTube.
Chinese is quite difficult, mainly because it doesn't share the same language system with western languages. One cannot use Chinese fluently without five or even more years learning.

But if you're determined to learn it, I suggest you should use professional textbooks like HSK, or attend Chinese lessons to systematically learn it. Apps cannot teach you effectively.
