It actually depends on context, but, most likely, it's a bit awkward.
If you're contrasting the previous sentence where someone isn't doing well, this might sound good:
"However, I'm doing well!"

Not common to say "im very good" unless you are talking about being skilled about something. To reply to "how are you" its good to say "as for me. I'm pretty good" or "i'm really good" no one used very good unless its about being skillful about something
