If it's at the start of the sentence - my team and I.
And if it appears in the middle of the sentence, me and my team.

Me and my team if the object of the sentence - He congratulated my team and me (we usually put "me" last but it makes no difference here).
My team and I if the subject of the sentence. My team and I congratulated him.
It is nothing to do with placement in the sentence.

I usualy come here to resolve doubts 🙂,
however - one answer tells me that the other one is not quite right.

No, peterf is right.
Usually, we start a sentence with the subject, so I wrote that. But I was wrong. You can have your subject in the middle of a sentence as well.
