Risotto (rice cooked in broth, there are many variations)
Ossobuco (A type of tender meat and bone marrow)
Cassoeula (A mix of boiled pork ribs and other parts of the pig, savoy cabbage and many more ingredients)
There are so many recipes but not enough space in here! 😂
