@simbaa yes. I did further reading and it could mean other accommodations as well. Here’s an article with crazy riders requested by famous people in the past.
Johnny Cash needed an American flag, in full view of every audience member.
Britney Spears’ weirdest requests were McDonalds hamburgers (without the buns) and a framed photo of Princess Diana.
Eminem asked for a wooden pond to be constructed in his backstage area and filled with koi carp.
These are all very over the top crazy. I think most performers are more realistic. At least I hope.

When entertainers travel (like a musical band) they tell the venue or their employees what food to have for them either at the venue backstage or on the tour is. It’s called a rider.

@abraxas1 Thank you for the reply!! :)
So is "What's on your rider?" like..."What food do you request (on tours)?"

That's not a correct usage for *rider*, unless it is a word for a Korean sandwich

@squidlydeux touring artists have “riders” as part of their contract for food and accommodations at the venue. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rider_(theater)
I just recently learned this word too!

@abraxas1 Those are contract riders - odd stipulations that must be fulfilled as part of an agreement to perform like the ones you listed. But that's not the way it's being used in the example sentence. Or at least doesn't seem to be.

@squidlydeux I read it as “the only food I n our rider is healthy. We ask for tuna and wheat bread.” There is no other use for rider to my knowledge other than someone who rides a horse or in a vehicle which is not applicable here.

@abraxas1 I get it now. At first I was trying to imagine it being a discussion (like with a promoter/lawyer) of what someone wanted on their rider and it just sounded odd. Then I realized that it's more like two performers (like Britney and Tay-tay) comparing their riders.
