the first is the most natural. but the others are also correct. it's a style choice.

1 is the most natural but they are all correct it just depends on the situation, person, and/or place you want to say this in but they will all work in different situations and settings.

The first one is more natural compared to the others, but the others are also correct!
You can also add the verb 'have' before 'asked' in those sentences to make them flow a bit more- but that's mainly just a choice for the speaker
