A little unnatural
I don't think that's grammatically incorrect, but I'm not sure if it sounds natural. I would say: "I made a spontaneous decision to stop smoking" or "I suddenly decided to stop smoking". For the second sentence I gave, if you use it, I think it's better to add a reason. E.g. "After seeing that cancer patient, I suddenly decided to stop smoking."

A little unnatural
This sentence isn't grammatically wrong but "spontaneously" implies that you didn't decide to stop smoking. It means that it just happened. "I stopped smoking." Or "I decided to stop smoking." sounds more natural.

Natural
Whether or not that sounds natural is entirely dependent on whether or not you were previously on fire.
