~하느니만 못하다
usually say ~ 안 하느니만 못하다.(negative form)
This means you'd better not to do cause it's excessive,wrong.
~은/~하는 것(usually negative thing)은 안 하느니만 못하다.
ex. 잘못된 운동은 안 하느니만 못하다.
과도한 칭찬은 안 하느니만 못하다.
지나치게 아부하는 것은 안 하느니만 못하다.
