My pen pal wrote: "自己紹介ないのかよー!" Please tell me if my translation is correct. I translated this as: "That's not a self-introduction, right?!?" I am not sure what "のかよ" implies.

I think 自己紹介ないのかよ in this case may be used as more of the "Why don't we do self-introductions", where ない is the casual ません equivalent for invitations/suggestions to do something (in this case).
