Es una expresión argentina. En México no se usa.
Es algo como: Si te gusta una rosa, entonces debes aguantar las espinas.

@Tangerine2 that's really not specific enough. There are consequences that may be unforseen. It's not just consequences. It's KNOWN consequences. Everybody knows that a peach has fuzz. It's not a surprise to anyone. It means you can't claim to like something without also accepting everything that thing entails, and if you claim to like it, don't complain about aspects you don't particularly like.
