“It would be nice to buy a car” — in a way you’re saying that you want a car. If “it would be nice” that means you would enjoy having a new car.
“i will be nice to buy a car” — if you’re trying to get the same point across here, it doesn’t make sense. changing the “it would” to “I will” completely changes the meaning of this sentence. Now, it sounds like you want to buy a car for someone else to be nice. It’s as if you’re saying “I will be nice and buy you a car” in a way.
