"Studiare" is more specific, it means you're following some courses or books. "Imparare" is more general, you could be learning from listening to the language daily. A clarifying example is that infants learn a language, they don't study it 😉
In your case, if you like the activity of actively studying on grammar books and going to courses, then you could say "mi piace studiare Italiano", whereas if you like the fact that you're learning a new language rather than the process, then "mi piace imparare l'Italiano".
