Question about Finland
I might be going to Helsinki for a weekend in mid-December and I have a few questions:
- Do most people speak English? (I know Finland is generally a good English-speaking country but I was wondering if your average taxi driver, shopkeeper etc. would speak English)
- Are hotels relatively vacant and cheap at this time of year?
- What are some places I would need to visit in Helsinki throughout the daytime?
Thanks so much!
