yes they do that and there is a controversy about that some of them say the its a sin and some of the say its not so and i believe it's a sin

to sum up, basically allah (god) created us in the perfect way we can ever be and plucking your eyebrows changes how you look and there for changes the creation of god (you).
so why you want to change your self if ur already made in the best form possible?
