“Would you like some?” I heard that いかがでづか could be used but I would also like to verify if this is true and if there’s a better phrase when you’re offering to share something, (ie. a snack) は 日本語 で何と言いますか？

Actually「いかがですか？」is a correct way to say it.
I think it's a best and polite way to offer something to the others.

Not いかがでづか？　but いかがですか？　very polite phrase
If you want to share with your close friend, you can say
わけっこする？
シェアする？
食べる？
これあげる。
はい、どうぞ。
