Algunas preguntas sobre la cultura argentina:
1) Si una amiga me dice por texto/audio "te mando un beso," ¿cómo debería responder yo?
2) ¿Qué tal si respondo con "yo también te mando un beso"? ¿Suena como si ella me gustara? 😳 O ¿suena normal?
3) Soy una mujer, pero ¿sería diferente la situación si fuera un hombre?

1) Yo también te mando un beso/ Gracias, que andes bien (Cuando alguien te dice "te mando un beso" en una conversación normalmente es una forma de despedirse con alguien con quien tienes confianza o al menos en un contexto informal, por lo que esta también es una forma válida de responder)
2)Esa forma está bien, yo respondería igual, como puse en el punto 1. Y no, no suena como si ella te gustara.
3) No, no sería diferente. Es una expresión bastante normal.

@JUBER96 Por cierto, ¿qué tal si estuviera hablando con mi novio y quisiera decirle "te mando un beso" de una manera amorosa/romántica? En este caso, ¿qué es lo que podría decir? 🤔

Podría ser "Chau amor/mi amor, que estés bien/que descanses(si es en la noche y se van a dormir)"
Esas son unas variantes, lo que pasa es que "te mando un beso" se ha hecho tan normal su uso, que en un contexto amoroso no tendría el mismo "impacto", por decirlo de alguna forma que las alternativas que puse más arriba.
Hay muchísimas alternativas para lo que queres decir, pero hay que estar inspirado a veces jaja.
Una aclaración: no pongas una coma (,) ni antes ni después de un signo de interrogación (¿?)

también podrías responder así hablando por teléfono también.
A: te mando un beso, chau.
B: Beso!/ Besos!/ Igual!
así sería normal, no estás diciendo que te gusta ni nada. solo estás respondiendo lo mismo que ella, le mandas beso de despedida
