I don't know of a word for staying in bed. We just directly say "I want to stay in bed." If the person just doesn't WANT to get out of bed, then you can say "I don't feel like getting out of bed." If the person emotionally/physically CAN'T get out of bed, then you can just say "I can't get out of bed. / I have to stay in bed."
