Does this sound natural?

“Do you think the government of your country take enough measures to global warming? “

I don’t think Japanese government take enough measures to global warming. Because we still continue to be dependent on fossil fuels.Most of us are using gasoline-powered cars, not electric vehicles. They are still emitting carbon dioxide. The government don’t have regulations regarding it.We should shift to low carbonization of power sources.
