Question about English (UK)

How do you say this in English (UK)? 巻き込みリプライ

巻き込みリプライ(makikomi reply)means that a third party who saw a tweet with @ on Twitter replies in the form of “Reply all”, and as a result, a reply notification is delivered to users who are not related to the conversation.

For example, suppose that followers A and B are having a conversation on Twitter. C who was the follower of B who saw the conversation tried to reply to B and replied "Including the user name of A". At this stage, it should be a conversation between Mr. B and Mr. C, but since the conversation proceeded with Mr. A's user name included, A is irrelevant to the conversation with Mr. B and Mr. C. Will be notified as well.

In addition, there is a case that when someone sends a reply to a tweet that another person retweets, the retweeted person gets involved.
