Question about English (UK)

Hi everyone! I'm writing an essay devoted to the problems of people with impaired mobility and their living conditions in Russia. And here's the problem: I doubt whether the word "people with impaired mobility" is politically correct. Could you please tell me, is this word ok? Or are there any other ways to express this group of people in a more subtle way?
