I am bored. I am boring. She is bored.
If you only say “나는 지루해” without any context, this can be kinda confusing to Koreans because it has two meaning. 1. I am bored. 2. I am boring That’s why many Koreans are confused at how to translate 지루해 into english.
If you add 지금(means ‘now’), I think it makes you more focus on the current state of him/her, what his or her feeling is now. So 그녀는 지금 지루해 becomes ‘she is bored.’
