We say things like, “tell your wife I said hello”, “say hello to your family for me,”, “tell your mother I was thinking of her”, “tell your dad I hope he feels better”, “tell everyone I said hello”.
If you’re close, you can say “send my love”.

Both are fine. you can also just say “greetings.”
Greetings all is more casual. Greetings to all is more formal and in my opinion sounds better.
I don’t think we use the word greetings very often. It’s a formal word.

@rjbrjb Oh in Spanish it's very common to use "mandar saludos" (send greetings). Thank you

@rjbrjb Ohh that's cool. We would say "mándale saludos de mi parte a _______" in most of that situations. It surprises me the fact that you use "send my love" with close people, since my grandma says something similar: "cariños para todos" and we (her family) think it's weird because it's an expression that no one uses, our thinking process is "how would you send "cariños" via phone call". Thank you

[@HanyuuFarude] interesting, thank you for teaching me.
If I say “how is your wife” and her husband says “she’s at home sick”, does it sound natural to just say “saludes de mi parte”?

@rjbrjb In case of someone being sick, then it's good to add the "I hope she gets better", for example:
A. ¿Cómo está tu madre?
B. Está en casa, enferma.
A. Oh, dile que le mando saludos y que se mejore.
Literally "I hope she gets better" would be *espero* que se mejore, but I don't know why, it's natural to skip the "espero". So it ends sounding more like "May she get better".
