私の場合は、「好喝」を使います。
たくさんの台湾人も「好喝」を使うと思います。
でも、「好吃」を使う台湾人もいるかもしれません。🤔

普通は「好喝」と言います。
珍珠が美味しいと強調したい時には「珍珠很Q很好吃」と言います。

bairanさんが言うのが合って、珍珠奶茶は飲料（飲むためのもの）なので、普通「珍珠奶茶很好喝」と言います。
ラーメンを食べる場合なら、ラーメンは麺とお汁を含んでも、食べ物（食べるためのもの）なので、普通「拉麵很好吃」と言います。
