Question about Korean

So I just realised the song lyrics of a song I've been listening to a lot lately say "니가 오는 날가찌 더 나는 기다릴 텐데" which I know roughly translates to "I'll wait until the day you come"

But I've really been struggling to understand the meaning of "텐데" in this context and no pages explaining this grammar really helped me understand it so far.

Can anyone explain it to me?
