@coreeadb There is no such a thing like “Харесвам ми” . It can be “Харесвам си...”
ex. Харесвам си косата.

@coreeadb We have two ways of saying "I like..". The verb used is "харесвам" and its conjugation is:
Аз харесвам
Ти харесваш
Той/тя/то харесва
Ние харесваме
Вие харесвате
Те харесват
The first way to express "like" is similar to English. I will omit the pronouns (I, you, etc) because we usually do so in Bulgarian. So for example:
Харесвам котката - I like the cat
Харесваш котката - You like the cat
The second one does not exist in English, but luckily it does in Romanian (your native language as I see). The idea there is that the subject is the thing liked and the object is the thing that likes. So
Котката ми харесва - I like the cat - Pisica îmi place
Ти ми харесваш - I like you - Tu îmi placi
Note the conjugation, it works the same way it does in Romanian.
You can use either of the two options and it's fine. Just don't mix them. An example of a wrong mix is "харесвам ми". The other version "харесва ми" simply means "I like him/her/it". The same sentence using the first version would be "харесвам го/я".
Also regarding @nvm00 's example and your question. The word "си" here is a reflexive possessive pronoun. In simpler words, it indicates "my own". So her sentence means "I like my hair".
