Every Friday you have a "funny and exciting PE class."
You do not need to say "class" so many times. After the first time you can just say "PE" or "science" or "swimming".
You keep saying your PE class and teacher are "funny". If something is funny it makes you want to laugh. Since PE is not usually that funny it seems strange, especially since you do not explain why you think it is funny.
"This exercise is funny." or "These exercises are funny."
"I have a swimming class every Thursday. Swimming is scary and the swimming pool is very deep."
