Je pense que cela peut aussi se dire : "en prenant le train", ou "en étant dans le train". Ces deux phrases on le sens de 「電車にいながら」, alors que celle de @Team_cafeine à le sens de 「電車に乗り込みながら」. Ça dépend de ce que vous voulez dire !
