What is the difference between "Shall I help you?" and "Can I help you" ?Feel free to just provide example sentences.

Does people say, "Shall I help you"? Although I learned it at school, I have never heard it in real life.

Shall I help you is unnatural. You can either say Can I help you or May I help you?
