This is a weird question, but I noticed that in iOS Estonian is not a supported localized language, so to any Estonian speakers in Estonia who use an iPhone, what language do you keep your phone on??

Most likely just English. Most of the population speaks English very well, especially the younger generation.

English, even if Estonian was an option, tech and Estonian don't mix very well and most tech related words in Estonian sound weird in my opinion.
