Ces expressions veulent dire la même chose, mais tandis que "s'il te plaît" est plutôt commun, "je t'en pris" s'utilise dans des cas urgents.

Tu peux aussi utiliser "je t'en supplie"

Tu peux aussi utiliser je t’en prie au lieu de « de rien », en réponse à un remerciement.
Par exemple:
- Tu peux me passer le sel, s’il te plaît?
- Oui, tiens.

@merlin5mor oui, répondre « je t’en prie » à un « merci » c’est commun, si tu va en France tu risques de l’entendre assez souvent, mais oui c’est une manière plus formelle de dire « de rien » :)
