giudicare: io giudico le tue azioni ad esempio. oppure l'insegnante giudica i tuoi compiti a scuola.
condannare: di solito la condanna la fa il giudice. ad esempio: il giudice lo ha condannato a 5 anni di carcere. oppure condanna alla pena di morte per esempio. la condanna di solito implica un provvedimento in seguito a un giudizio negativo.

when you "giudichi", you're giving your own opinion about things or people. it can also mean "to give a mark" though. "condannare" is the action that comes right after, when a criminal is brought to court.
